Yeah, it feels so back then. Scientifically, I doubt you can have one without literally having one. But yea I suppose it's analogy many may use.
It just means your chest is suffocating in there and about to explode anytime soon along with the beating heart, lungs, pieces of bronchus, some bones maybe, perhaps the collar bones, the ribs, oh oh like how the baby aliens pop out from the chest of their human inhibitors in the movie aliens, maybe some intestines - they are about 8m of them so I am pretty sure some are gonna come along with the force of the chest explosion. Ah of course with lots and lots of blood too spilling like a fountain similarly from all those gory and horror films.
